Snickerdoodles Recipe

Hi all,
I had such a great Christmas and a wonderful time baking up all the goodies you guys ordered!! I wanted to share a recipe for some Snickerdoodle Cookies, a favorite this holiday season.

Snickerdoodle Cookies

1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

*Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix with paddle attachment until fluffy
*Slowly add eggs
*Gradually add dry ingredients until mixed
*Scoop cookies out and roll into balls onto cookie sheet

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

*Combine sugar and cinnamon
*Roll each cookie dough ball in cinnamon/sugar and place on baking sheet
*Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
*Can be stored in sealed container for up to 4 days!
